Static Printing
The most popular unit is our two-meter static processing system, which has an effective processing area of 51" wide x 79" long. The system includes all electronic controls and is available in 220V or 480V configurations. Combined with a production fixture management system the transfer process becomes semi automatic. We also offer a three-meter static system that features a processing area 33% longer. For limited run custom fabricator there is the new WTP 1.2 meter tank. Custom designed systems are an option.
Continuous Flow
If high capacity processing is your requirement then one of our continuous flow systems may be just what you are looking for. Unlike the static systems where each sheet of film is placed on the water by and operator, this continuous flow system provides a non-stop flow of film that can accept a fixture every 15-30 seconds. The standard system will process film widths from 50 and 1 meter in width, expanded up to 1.6 meters wide. Custom sizing is available.
Wash Stations
Following the ink transfer process, thorough removal of the residue materials is required. The average part can take three to five minutes of hot water rinsing to remove these residues. This stainless steel, two-stage hot water rinse system is designed to clean off the majority of residues in stage one, allowing stage two to complete the final rinse process.
